Aurik speaks of Raynah as being arrogant and rash, but he seems to mirror that as well. The title of ‘Minister’ seems to cloud the judgment of all those who take it. Few of them work together, no wonder the king dismissed his last council.

Can the island be saved? I don’t know. Should it be saved? That is a harder question. I could try, or leave. I think I see a way, but I would need to find her. Then perhaps all this madness can be stopped.

The stones are gathering. At least five are known now. It is becoming clearer. How can the others be so blind to it. Even if they do not refuse to follow, they may be more of a hindrance.
